Some of what we saw in the film is stuff we may have heard about, but to have it all put together coherently brings the information home, right to where we can see the results on our plates and in our refrigerator and cupboards(and in the nostrils of those unlucky enough to work or live near these giant feedlots!) It was mind-boggling and disturbing to really realize what keeps our food so cheap (relative to Europe or Japan or some other nations,) so disturbing we couldn't even watch the whole film in one sitting! 	Shiva Rea: Daily Energy - Vinyasa Flow Yoga Amazon Price: $14.99 Used Price: $11.65 Average Customer Rating: 5.0 Review (rating: 5): This is my first "at home" video. I took one basic yoga class a year ago and needed a cheap way to move around (I got out of shape). This video is great, very practical, there are short sequences and 20 minutes exercises you can mix and match. It is pretty intense sometimes but short, for what I know, it takes basic yoga poses and pump them up a little bit. If you're new, just start with a 20 minutes, and that's it! I did too much the first time and got all sore the next day. I'm excited about this video and can't wait to know them better so I can just close my eyes and get used to the movements and postures. I am very pleased with it.

I worked at Chevron for 10 years from 1970 to 1980 as an environmental researcher in their labs. Their company representatives must spend days in front of a mirror practicing how to lie without blinking. The outside so-called independent labs which analyzed the water they dumped into the bay were actually owned by the oil companies and not independent as they claim. I traced one of the so-called independent labs through half a dozen counties and eventually found it was owned by Shell. BP oil also hides behind multiple subsidiaries. The EPA finally found the secret underground pipe which they illegally dumped their worse polluted water into the Bay around 1984 I believe. 	The Final Countdown (Widescreen Edition) Amazon Price: $15.49 Used Price: $9.94 Average Customer Rating: 4.5 Review (rating: 4): this is one of the best time travel movies i have seen.it's vaguely similar to the Philadelphia Experiment but on a much larger scale.i also think it's a much better movie.for one thing,there's way more tension and suspense and you really can sense the fear and desperation of the ship's crew.this one will have you on the edge of your seat.the acting here is very strong all around.there's no weak link in the bunch.there no slow spots either.the movie flows at a nice steady pace,and keeps you interested right to the end.i'd highly recommend it as a rental at the very least.i purchased a copy which was more than worth it.for me,The Final Countdown is a 4.3/5

He's a little hard to understand at times because he's Chinese, but one gets the impression he's very authentic. There are several segments to the DVD, and one of them is a full explanation of how Qi Gong got started thousands of years ago. There are several segments that explain how to do the sitting and standing exercises in great detail, and what the purpose of the exercise is.
