I have to say that I am skeptic when it comes to exercise equipment. This product has surpassed my expectations. I bought it on sale for $30 at Big 5 Sporting Goods as it was cheaper than Amazon. Putting it together took less than 6 minutes. I used a monkey wrench instead of the wrench that came in the box. It fitted perfectly on my walk in closet door. I put in some extra packing foam on the edges of the bar to prevent any door markings. I like the variety of exercises that can be done on this pull up bar. I'm 203 pounds and the bar feels sturdy enough for me. My goal is to gain more strength and loose weight. My goal is to be at 180 pounds. Of course I'm also doing 30 minutes of cardio each day on my elliptical machine. I'm also following the recommended diet that came in the Iron Gym instructions. Good luc...

I've owned this bottle for a couple months now and I have no complaints. Well, strike that, I have one complaint: the cap has been known to leak unless you close it with a very precise amount of torque - which you will learn in time.
I've heard that some people have had problems with mold growing inside the bite valve but I haven't experienced that, and to be honest, I haven't cleaned it since the day I started using it. I purchased an extra bite valve (which also came with 3 extra straws), just in case, but I don't think I'll need it for a very long time.
Otherwise, the water flows well, it's fairly durable (I've dropped it dozens of times) and attractive, and the water tastes only of water, not plastic.
I'm happy with my purchase.

You can get stainless steel water bottles for far less, but I like the KKs. They are seamless on the outside and have a simple, attractive finish. I use mine at work where we have filtered water on the ground floor which tastes a lot better than water from the drinking fountains. That's not the most demanding environment, but it seems well made and the steel is slightly thicker than some of the less expensive bottles I've seen at Target, etc. I got the 27 ounce basic bottle with the loop top. I would probably opt for the 40 ounce if I were to buy another since it's only a little larger and weight is not a concern for my purpose.

There is a basic problem with this product. If you on a site where your ears need serious protection, you are probably on a site where safety is a big issue. Audible distractions are bad enough for a driver (as NHTSA and others are now saying). On a construction site or around a jet engine, the distraction of music or talk radio could get you killed. My guess is most safety-conscious sites would ban something like this (except in New York City, where Mayor Bloomberg enjoys seeing construction workers killed).

No need to shop any further for a decent jump rope. This rope works! I'm about 5'9" and I didn't need to adjust the length. I use the jump rope for conditioning and improving my footwork for basketball (this has translated into more blocked shots, rebounds, and buckets). I use this jump rope as often as possible every day and have found the product to be of sturdy construction.

This product has changed my opinion of 'As Seen On TV' items. It works like a charm. Before using this product, I considered my arms to be pretty strong but my chest and shoulders lacked the definition I was looking for. I use the gym but I was always looking for something compact for the home in between gym trips. The Perfect Push-Up does the job for sure.
My initial test of the product resulted in being able to do a mere six regular Perfect Push-Ups as compared to being able to do fifteen regular push-ups. I felt so weak! After completing the first week, I could already feel new definition in my shoulders and my triceps. Now I'm on my second go-through and the reults are undeniable.
