I like how this design clearly broadcasts our house number. Recently, the numbers started shriveling up and peeling off. I contacted the manufacturer and they do not sell replacement stickers for this unit. That said, be prepared to buy a whole new plaque in 2 years.

This is a good product that I like very much. I think it works rather well for a solar product - you just need to be mindful of the solar technology limitations. I have it mounted on the wooded lot, on the wall of garbage box - so it gets light only have the day, and even then it is shaded. However, the sigh still lights for about few hours - I think this is as much as I can hope for.
I can recommend this product.

Installed this unit outdoor but the snap on cover warped and would not close. Numbers would fall out (see other review.) It does get warm here - above 100F and this unit is not suitable for warmer climates such as So California. Returned the unit and received a refund for the purchase price. Of course shipping cost both ways was not refunded.

Bought 4 of these for my house - hated how before no one could read the mailbox numbers at night. The lights are very bright, the metal part feels solid (the plastic part is okay) and they recharge very fast on a sunny day. It does not charge well on cloudy days (as expected - don't think it'll charge with ambient light on a cloudy day). But it holds charge well, so unless u have a few days of cloudy skies, should be fine. The rechargeable batteries can also be repaced if needed.
Installation was a bit tricky - to screw in the numbers on the wall-plate (need excellent coordination).
Overall, I am very happy with the end results.
